Bug Description:
The Placeholder user, OnlyTwentyCharacters, still shows up in the Competition Results after the most recent patch, which should have restarted all the public servers

Bug Frequency:
Always

Reproduction Steps:

1. Join the game and wait for a Live Competition Result Screen
2. In the screen, it should show that OnlyTwentyCharacters is still listed in other players as 1st
