a vehicle doesn’t need good defense to be a tier 2, it just needs high attack, same can be said about the opposite
but most arent high attack and a quick knock out isnt needed if all other vehicles are a quick knock out
and all of the vehicles are disposable thats the point of just being able to respawn them you arent losing anything but having a vehicle that is worse than others being on a cooldown just makes it pointless
Tier 2 cars are sometimes much stronger than tier 1 but weaker than tier 3. So if tier 2 cars in derby had no cooldown like tier 3 cars there would be a guy that will only play with drill and Hypershock SSV. Just pure chaos
