FHJ-18 is a rocket launcher that’s lock into its target and fire. When this weapon is equipped, you will point the mouse at any vehicles. When you point the mouse on the vehicle, the red square will appear and get smaller. Once you click, the weapon will fire. If the car running away, the rocket will chase at them.

Sounds over powered and a bit like a rock power up, but I see where your coming from. Think from a different perspective and compare it to other power ups next time.
Not that I dont like the idea, I like it.
