New update seems to have completely broken CC2 Daily Missions

What is the bug?
New Update broke Daily Missions

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Bug happens every day it seems like

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Computer, but happens on all devices

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

1. new daily missions loaded up earlier than 12AM
2. Actual Daily Missions are invisible
3. I only found the actual daily missions by accendly flying out of my car and once i completed the mission i couldn’t see the true daily missions popped up

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you?

this can and probably has taken some massive streaks from people if it is happening to everyone. I also forgot to mention that the premium missions say that i need to purchase premium (i already have it) but i can still do the missions. Hopefully this can get fixed soon. It also happens to count as days meaning some people can artificially increase their streaks twice in a day.
