New Member Role

A new member role between Dedicated and Legendary (about 50k server score) because it takes forever (no matter how long you are on the server for) to get from 25k to 75k.

It should be called Devoted Member, Loyal Member, or Invested Member.

Role colour should be #00FF00.

I don’t know what new perms it should give, but it should be around Dedicated Perms and Legendary Perms.
