Maybe on Iphone or android it looks better but in my phone (a 2018 huawei p smart) it looks bad:
Maybe change the background to black and add some space between the blue C and the edge of that app logo thing.
The logo is great as it is but yeah, it looks bad on my phone.

Yes, but also the edge cuts the C, so make the c smaller.

The logo is already transparent, issue here is because of the forced shape for app icons, it results in that box and there’s not much I can do without making a different icon for the pwa.
Maybe make it a circle
