So the idea is to basically make the neon material more viable for combos with other materials. Very simple, on a bar from 0 to 100%, you can adjust it depending on your preference. 0% having almost no neon to it like this:

And by putting it at 100% which I highly don’t recommend, would look like this:
(This is White Neon)
But what about 25%? Or even 50 and 75%? Well, an example of such will be presented below.
