Mine shredder costs 20M more than motoreni S40 and the mine shredder is behind the car

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- Go to dealership (must have VIP)
- Go to motoreni S40/ Vivano mine shredder
- Watch the price difference between the 2 cars
