This car is a hydrogen powered car that was designed to look classic and futuristic at the same time. Amazing car in my opinion. Would LOVE for this to be added, we have no Morgan cars in the game and this definetely fits in a crusher. Would be group member and cost around 500M-1B because it has a low top speed. IMO you should use the wheels they have in the 2nd picture because they look more futuristic.
