More ways to get skill points

right now it seems the only way to get skill points is through daily or event challenges and it would be great if there were more ways to get them that weren’t locked to playing every day since skill point achievements require so much, so i came up with some ideas of things that would add more challenge to the game in exchange for skill points

.

in race competitions:

  • winning with a car below the race class (like if the race was set to A class and I won with a B class car I would get like 5 points)

  • winning without braking (have fun using only your handbrake) or respawning (5 points each)

  • perhaps beating the race under a set amount of time would also give extra skill points

.

in live competitions:

  • winning a top speed competition without using the runway, the speed crash test in row 1, or the tilted speed crash test in row 2 (10 points)

  • winning a bonus crusher parts competition while using only tier 1 vehicles, so no spawning tier 2s, 3s, or 4s (5 points)

.

in derby:

  • winning a free for all match while only using tier 1 vehicles, so no spawning tier 2s, 3s, or 4s (10 points, not achievable in beginner derbies)

  • winning with a tier 2 vehicle as a juggernaut (10 points)

  • winning a free for all match without using any powerups (5 points)

for nukes (must not use rocket booster):

  • escaping with a tier 4 vehicle (15 points)
  • escaping with a race class F/E vehicle (5 points)

.

ofc there should also be a limit for the amount of skill points you can get every day like 50 so that people would still have to play often to get lots of skill points

also the skill point amounts i put might need to be changed if these do end up getting into the game

yea we do need more ways to get skill points
but we dont wanna make it too easy to get skill points

i don’t think these are too easy

just some optional and (maybe) fun challenges you can do, but i wouldn’t say their rewards are so great that they’d completely replace the daily challenge

the winning a ffa match while using tier 1 vehicles is a cakewalk
cuz u can just use the ford focus in beginner derby and dominate most rounds

well yeah in beginner the only tier 3 is a tractor that’s too slow to be any good and the tier 2s aren’t much better so it should only achievable in experienced and pro derbies

well besides that are the other challenges hard enough that they’d actually be considered “challenging”?

do 35 daily missions in a row
and make the reward like 200 skill points idk

well, i believe that you should get skill points by doing things that require skill, and the only hard part about doing daily missions is remembering to log in everyday

gets my ass crushed in by a Revenni XT3

but yeah if you manage to win in a worse vehicle then you definitely deserve points

though that is basically the first bullet point for races

but then the whole thing would fall apart pretty easily
like u could win against the thrustssc in a b class car if u race on the like dirt track or smth

and the difference between race class 40 and 30 is bigger than 90 and 80 so yeah i agree with more skill points for lower races

well first of all im pretty sure thrust scc is only usable on drag races and i don’t think anyone’s stupid enough to do something like that. and even if someone is races require 3 people so there’d be one other guy you have to race that might pick an actually competitive vehicle

also the problem with races is that you could pick a meta car that is almost guaranteed to win unless someone else picks it as well, so there would be no reason for people to use anything but those vehicles. this would encourage people to actually use other vehicles more, so they’d rely more on their driving skills than their car as a crutch which would make racing an actual challenge. also quick question, but how often do suggestions actually get added to the game?
