Answer: the metal stadium with blue seats has invisible barriers preventing players from passing underneath it

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- From the starting line of the Monaco racetrack, turn around and drive to the coming soon sign for Monaco pt.2. Turn left and drive past the Pitt stop exit. Turn left at the crane truck. Try to drive under the stadium.
