Master crushers confusion

hello, i have a question about master crushers rank in the group. It says that you need to be in the top ten for one of the global leaderboards. Do they mean fastest time in the world or fasted time for a vehicle? I have a video of me getting a time of 38.425 for the ferrari laferrari, and i wanted to understand how to get master crusher just in case the video can get me that rank

you haveto be in the best crushers leaderboard meaning parts

If you go into the spawn or lobby then there’s a leaderboard for parts, if you can get on that within a month I think it was, then you’ll get master crusher.
