Manual bug not gearing up when pressing "w" and "d"

Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: trying to shift up a gear wouldn’t work when going forward and turning right only

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: every time

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer:computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. turn on manual shifting

turn right and hold forward (might need a big area like the runway)

and press “e” to shift - doesn’t work

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

uhh hate to burst ur bubble but… w and d dont shift up its E to shift up and Q to shift down

i think he meant while he was pressing w and d at the same time as in driving forward and turning he couldnt shift up while doing that

yeah, WHILE holding w and d, you cant upshift

are you on laptop
cuz i think on some laptops certain key combos wont register right

tried it on 3 of my keyboards, all same problem so simply it just didnt gear up right, OR you can try it yourself or smth

whattt, then it must be my account or something

it’s not a bug
the thing is roblox can’t process 3 inputs at once (for example trying to activate rocket booster while accelerating right doesn’t work for me)
also why would you try shifting when revving-

it was during a race, i couldn’t shift properly on the mountain circuit until i was on a straight
