Make the blue bird a Tier 1

The blue bird is pretty bad car for its price, as the top speed is lower than most supercars in the platina range (for example the Gavanni Ivo) AND the braking is HORRIBLE, so WHY IS IT A T2???
You could make this a T1 and increase the price, or just nerf the acceleration (even when upgraded the Gavanni Excelsio has similar acceleration to it).
