In general, I am thinking of making fences only for racing. I mean that when the player is in a race, there will be these fences for him, and there will be none outside the race. I also think it is worth making several different tracks on this map. My favorite example is from the NFS game Porsche Unleashed. In this game, there are 5 different tracks on one Monte Carlo map. So I think you can do something like that. Not 5 races, of course, but a few races will definitely be added. Here is an example from this game. Yes, I know, in the NFS game the map is not made exactly, but there are similarities, and I think it is worth trying to make races similar to this one

As written on the map itself, the developers will make this map bigger. That is, most likely there will be more roads on which it will be possible to drive. So if they make the map bigger, then there will be more space for racing
