Make a "line role" to separate roles and make everything look nice

In another server I’m in they have a ---------------- role that separates between staff/ingame roles/miscallenous roles e.g below

Implement this into CC2 discord, so you have

Staff roles here

Levelled roles here [optional]
---------Levelled Roles-----------[Optional]
Misc roles here
----------Misc---------

I mean I can pitch it to the HMs, the Staff one might be weird though since our role layout is complex af.
