If you start over, can you still drive the best cars in the game or no? Just a little question for you guys that I want to answer

Basically when you can drive cars even though you don’t have the minimum money to unlock them, it can be used in all functions: Racing, Derby, Etc.

There’s an option to unlock it, but then it switches to drive but it gives you 0 money

it the drive button but it changes to test drive if u don’t have the money for it
it’s only available if you unlocked the vehicle beforehand
