because autoclickers don’t perform any other action other than clicking really fast
macros can do the same thing except they can also be set up to do other tasks, such as pressing other buttons or moving the cursor to a different location, allowing autofarming/afk farming

it allows people to do something over and over for a long time without actually being at their computer so you aren’t actually putting any of the effort in which isn’t what cc wants on the leaderboard

macros have the endurance that humans sometimes don’t + it takes significantly less commitment to grinding
it defeats the point of a leaderboard where people are supposed to commit to grinding a lot instead of just leaving their PC to do something overnight
