Is the limited sleigh available for purchase every newyear? Cuz i wanna buy the mustang, porsche and the sleigh that i couldn’t get last year but i cant since panwellz lost his mind again and added like 10 limited items. So i wanna know if i can just drop the sleigh and buy the mustang and porsche and buy the sleigh next year.

You probably can, you just gotta wait til end of 2024 (although they might release the other christmas event cars as limited as well)
