One way (most likely) is too be very not active.
Another way is if you get member locked to L0, L1, or L2 (or whatever the levels are)

If you fail to meet one of the criteria for Regular you lose regular, although there is a 2-week grace period where you can’t lose it

well if you’re banned, then you DEFINITELY lose it
Navy (former L4) got banned for 3 days, he lost that rank
