Increase the maximum tags in vehicle suggestions from 3 to 4

i think this would make sense for many vehicles, for example

racecar, truck, classic-car, offroad (useful for paris-dakar stuff)
concept-car, sports-car, coupe, classic-car
emergency, sedan, ev, sports-car
construction-utility, heavy, special, offroad
concept-car, racecar, pickup, offroad
luxury-car, shooting-brake, grand-tourer, concept-car
concept-car, classic-car, bus, heavy

i can confirm it does not bump your suggestions

you have to edit the title for it to be bumped

nope, it counts it as an edit and bumps them
but why would that be a problem anyways

adding tags counts as an edit but it’s not like it’s a flood
