IM STILL BANNED FROM THE CC2 DISCORD AFTER HAVING MODS TELL ME THAT MY MAIN ACCOUNT IS UNBANNED

so basically a while back i got hacked
so the cc2 mods promptly banned me to stop the hacker from doing some bad stuff
but i eventually got my account back
AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MODS TO UNBAN ME AFTER 3 WEEKS
and i have to use my alt account to do stuff in the discord
so can the mods ACTUALLY unban my main pls
