I'm getting tired of checking suggestion channels

I’m gonna cut to the chase here

some of you guys need to reconsider if you want to make your life’s goal to suggest as much stuff as possible (knowing well what you suggest may never get added), because I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that some of you guys waste enough time in your day to do this consistently

I’d like for you guys to limit yourself to five (5) suggestions per day, I think that should be more than enough for you to actually think if you want to suggest something or not, because I think you guys are just simply suggesting for the sake of inflating your numbers (and documenting cars as some sort of database)

this isn’t gonna officially become a rule because I’d have to do a lot more to ask for it to become one, so think of it as an unspoken rule

all I have to say here, some of you guys already know how much I hate slogging through a backlog of suggestions, and I think it would be best if I actually helped you figure out on what’s an acceptable amount of stuff to be making me look at

You should reconsider if forums are worth your time at this point

I agree since this forum probably has like 75% of every car in the world posted

And that 5 post limit really should be a thing

i struggle to even find a car to suggest when all the good ones are taken

unfortunately for me I care too much about random strangers on the internet just for 900 robux each month

maybe add a cooldown per post added just like a discord cooldown so that it’s manageable for you to check the posts?

I don’t have the ability to do that

bruh but it would save you some time though

also it doesn’t really work if I’m not even there to witness the posts being made, having 20 posts made over the course of 2 hours is the same as 20 posts made at once if they’re all posted before I hop on to see them

I mean, if you could set the cooldown to 50-70s per post the user makes, it would still decrease the amount of posts we would normally see being made but I guess the game is the game.

one minute would do nothing because suggestions usually take around 5 minutes to make

one hour would be better

i agree

sometimes too much topics is js gonna tire mods out

Everytime I wanted to suggest something it was taken, even when the car was just announced
I abandoned

Also this obviously counts for Suggestions > CC2 Customization Suggestions because I see some of you spamming this category after saying you’ll stop doing so in Suggestions > CC2 Vehicle Suggestions

Most dont suggest a lot actually, but oh boy if I dare to say who does

and those people also actively discourage others from suggesting stuff
why post anything if it’s going to be buried under 5 tons of slop?

I check these forums like 10 times a day and when I wake up there’s between 25 and 30. That’s not too bad considering I’m not a moderator and don’t check customization or vehicle suggestions. I just check for bugs and standard suggestions and anything else like discussion and off topic.

I once woke up with @anon36408158 having suggested 26 cars.

I was thinking of a role being created for updating old suggestions/polishing them; hell of an issue when I car I like has an ass post with 150px images and incorrect name

There’s no cooldown for topic creation? I feel like that should’ve been there from the start
And a 5 topic limit per user sounds super fair imho. I vote in favor of such a change
