Ice Glider unable to race

2 things to say:
The Ice master may have amphibious support but not too much, as it constantly tips over while swimming in the water, maybe cause it’s powered with it’s propeller
The Cyro Vector Boss Races with this ice glider, but you couldn’t race with the vehicle

This is due to filters. They don’t want you to use the vehicle used by the boss, I think, 'cause if not it would be too easy.
