Only a few people can create public custom servers
Either you’re an events team member or you get picked after submitting your application on the discord server (there are no applications currently)

As probably stated already the Server creator applications are no more. However this doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You can join the events team when I post applications in the discord announcement. Becoming ET grants you Server Creator.
you go to the custom server thing and then you click the grenn button (all the way down the server list) then you create and modify your server, hope it helped you!
