How do the crash physic work

basically the cars have small cracks when designing, and big parts like doors and trunk are most one piece

The old damage physics was better.

The cars break because they modelled the cars in little pieces that fall off thats why all the cars are not smooth unlike other roblox racing games

To be fair, you could probably fragment a smooth mesh but I feel like it’s more complicated than that.

I think that’s what they’re working towards

Not gonna lie, I think CC2 crash physics looks better with the polygonal style CC2 has, because then it would feel like the crashing is lacking if the cars look good but they fragment like plastic.

It will probably look better if the bumpers are separated
