How and where can i submit car models

i have repeatedly crashed a lot of cc2 models into walls in specific areas and i have discovered that most of the parts are unioned to reduce part count

i have used this technique to build a car for the game but im still new to submitting models

how can i properly optimize the car model for uploading plus when can i get notified of when cc2 needs contributors for making car models?
