Hovercraft
Unlike other vehicles in CC2 this will not have wheels and instead turn and drive using its fans and and is not able to perform drifts and can actually float on the water outside the island and in derby but can still get KOed if goes too far making it the first amphibious vehicle in the game, a good vehicle to drive near the edge of bridges and beaches without having the fear of driving into the water and possibly forgetting your speedo.
