(Many people are suggesting custom horns but this is a little different and more brief explaining)
You click on customize, and under the options like “Performance, Add-ons, Body, Ect.” will have an option for horns. Within the horns option will have different horns you can buy with Scraps/Credits. There will be a play button next to each sound that you can click on and it will play what it sounds like. Below is a couple pictures of better explaining.
