What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. go to the pillar crusher
    2.Crush cars with crusher and crowbar.
    3.Ride car car will break so can’t get on just before

I’m pretty sure the crowbar has nothing to do with the bug and i think the reason you glitched out was the pillar crusher pushed the van’s parts and pushed you down, since they have collision. causing you to glitch out the map.
