Gained max prestige instantly from a random platina purchase

Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello ? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: My prestige increased straight to 200 after I purchased a random car for ~1K platina

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Once (not just a visual glitch, it actually stayed that way)

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. I don’t remember what my prestige was, but I believe my platina limit was 1,120 (I had not purchased any car with Robux, for the record. I only used platina)
  2. I bought the Orius Lightning-Bolt (for 1,110 platina) (at the time, it was the most expensive car I purchased)

After that, my prestige updated to 200, and my platina limit started to increase without stopping. I thought it was just a strange GUI glitch, but after rejoining the server, it was still there. And yes, it did affect my platina limit, as I could now reach 12K platina. So, from a random purchase that was meant to give me ~10 prestige, I got something like 150 prestige. I had not purchased any vehicle above 1,110 platina at the time, so there is no reason why the game would give me that much.

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No: Yes? It only happened to me, but it was not just visual.

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

This happened over a few months ago, so I don’t know if I can access the logs of that day. I didn’t know I could report bugs back then. Here is a screenshot showing my prestige and platina, as well as some of the expensive platina cars I DIDN’T have to buy in order to reach that amount of prestige. Again, at the time of the bug, I didn’t own any vehicle past 1,110 platina.

No. I bought it with platina after the bug happened. Before that, my platina limit was at only around 1,120. Every vehicle I purchased above that platina cost was after the bug.

No, I only did that after the bug happened. When it happened, my most expensive platina vehicle was the Orius Lightning-Bolt, for 1,110 platina.

that makes your platina cap hit the max, not a bug

No, please read the title. It was my prestige that glitched, not my platina. I had less than 50/200 prestige when the bug happened, after which it instantly went to 200/200.

I know, I was only meant to get 11 prestige from it I believe. It’s a shame that most people are assuming this is normal / what I’m talking about is the platina limit.

After seeing a friend’s prestige level compared to their platina limit, it turns out I was DEAD wrong and most probably just hit max prestige. I just didn’t think it would go from ~1000 platina to 12K right away, and completely misremembered my initial prestige level. Sorry for wasting your time.
