Answer: The texture in the stripes of the limited forter GT Classic is very jittery.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- fetch the forter gt classic in the dealership
- spawn it and look at the back of the car
- tilt the camera down a bit to see stripe texture jitter
