The name is italian, and in english “Cilindri” is “Cylinders”. So i think its more related to something about new engines of Ferrari Company?
(They already kinda did this in the past)

Personal opinion (especially when compared to stuff like this that came from the same company), this is not a good looking car
I get the retro styling and all but those wheels especially make it look like a knockoff and not a ferrari
Also f12 is criminally underrated for those gorgeous looks
