Answer: Every time

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Vote for city crossing (duh)
  2. get in the mountain annihilator
  3. try and enter the parking garage in a corner of the map

Welp i think this vehicle is too big to fit to the parking lot so that’s why unlike other vehicles
