Ok, I know I might be shit for explaining, but basically all multi race becomes unusable when this happen. The thing is it can last quite long before going back to normal.

No, when this happen, you can only race when there is a competition or else it remains unavailable for some reason
it’s unavailable because either a drag race is happening at the current moment, or your respawn timer isn’t completely finished (although this is definitely the former)
Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!
