What is the bug?
Answer: You can go well over 200KM/h+ without the gear ratio being at 200KM/h+

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Everytime

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: PC

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Get all the upgrades (excluding brakes and spoilers)

found out you can go to 298 km/h with max gear ratio, so it seems that the top speed was incorrectly implemented (max you should normally be able to go to is 222)
