I honestly don’t know… Should this be considered as a separate car, or as customization? 
This doesn’t count as customization, since it’s a separate race car.

This is a virtual race car created by the developers of the Gran Turismo game series, based on the classic 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T muscle car.

I know, but when I offered an off-road version of the Mustang, I was told that it would be a customization. I’m not sure about this

It’s more of a render than a customization.
I understand, I agree with you, but I don’t know, maybe from the point of view of this forum it will be customization, or maybe not. So it’s better to wait for the final answer from those who know it 100%

By “Race Car” you mean “Trans AM,” correct?
I don’t know what to tell you, @Stormlend, BUT, this vehicle isn’t a visual customization, I would say it’d fit more as a limited vehicle more than a customization option. In which is the case, should (and shall) be clarified by the directions, rules, and guidelines set by each catagory. So, unfortunately, no. It is NOT a visual customization. And don’t even try saying it is, when factually proven wrong.
