Cost: reportedly cost over $1 million to develop.

(If this gets added to cc2 it should become the fastest water vehicle, (faster than hovercraft) this car could fit as a vip exclusive or as a limited. (would defo see it as more a limited) price of it? idk maybe 1T or smth idk and for tier would be tier 1.
