Sooo basically on weekends we could get a 15% discount on vehicle upgrades that cost above 4k scraps.
Would be really nice to implement this :3

mfw i have to grind 1 hour for a 5k scraps upgrade that adds 0.01 accel

would be useless for me right now considering that I literally have maxed out all my cars, but would be useful for any future cars that feel like giving me trouble
