As far as Roblox is concerned, animation stutter has nothing to do with client lag - higher framerates tend to cause animations that were recorded at lower framerates to stutter or freeze depending on hardware. However, this can be compensated for - by simply adjusting animations’ speeds to match or exceed the server’s global framerate (Roblox servers default to 60 fps, uncapped framerates reach a maximum of 115+ fps)
