Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: In some case, when a competition end (Not a race), it won’t give any reward and instead will display “(Max)” like if I had 5K credits already

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Rarely

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: PC

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Wait for a Competition (Any competition works except race)
  2. Get in the competition like you normally do
  3. Wait the end of it
  4. You should get in rare case the “(Max)” icon next to your credits

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

If yes, screenshot all red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by pressing F9 on computer, or by saying /Console in the chat)

Having 1k and not getting your reward? Is that not a bug?

I had 3K and got the “(Max)” icon when I was supposed to have like 40 credits

I’ve found this is most commonly replicated in a VIP server with less than 3/4 people
in the case of the VIP server, it’s due to a lack of players participating in the competition, leading to no rewards

can also be replicated in public servers if you sort from low to high

Correction*: This is not only for Competition but also derby seems to have the same issue with server over 12 people or more and in rare case in server with 6 people or more depending on what you did during the round

When this happens, does your credits balance increase despite the label saying Max?

No it stay the same after getting the message, and it happen randomly when either a competition end or the end of a derby match

And first time it happend was around the end of OG part 1

Correction*: Happen most likely when there is a big score in derby and a good time or amount of crushed car whatever for comp will show you the icon “Max” and won’t give you the reward as it was like it couldn’t deliver the credits correctly

this is happening with quite frequency actually. Devs need to be alerted immediately.

I think since I posted this, Pan is currently trying maybe to find the way to fix it im not sure
