What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
Either play in juggernaut, team domination/deadmatch and you will find the powerup unobtainable on top of the parking lot or inside where the barriers are located (2nd image)
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

What is the bug? Answer:Power-up spawns where a player cant reach in the city map (where a statue of panwellz hold a crowbar)

What is the bug? Answer: Sometimes in Juggernaut mode power-ups spawn outisde of the players reach, at least in this case → the map is city crossing, mode in juggernaut, one (or both) juggernaut uses a tier 4 vehicle
