The vehicle is projected on a General Motors V Platform, taken from the chassis of a Pontiac GTO that was provided by GM itself for the development of this vehicle. Bay’s goal at first was to personify the protagonist of the saga (Bumblebee), taking the Chevrolet Camaro as a format.
