Basically, just make this a new giant that acts like the underground loader but larger and stronger. Make it best for ramming because it is meant to dig into piles and take a bucket of material but make it worse at climbing objects due to complexity to moving arm and little recoil. arm should be able to move up and down, bucket does not need movement because it would be a little more scripting.
