Answer: Never so this is a new type of bug of update 86
What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- This only happens in derby not the regular gamemode, So while being in the car selection in derby the Bulwark Armored SWAT Carrier will look all beaten up while viewing it in the car selection but when spawning the SWAT Carrier it looks pretty normal so this bug doesn’t really affect your gameplay it just looks weird in the car selection. My deepest apologies for my poor grammar.
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
Yes/No: No this bug can happen with anyone because I tried it with an alt while being in the same server. My deepest apologies I didn’t fully understand this part but I did my best to understand it.

A certain detail might’ve bugged the truck entirely but that’s just my guess 
they destroyed it before it even spawned
It also showed you the crash damage before you even spawned it

- Join the “Experienced” Derby from Derby Arenas and go to the dealership. When u click on the Bulwark Armored SWAT Carrier vehicle, it somehow breaks, even after re-opening the dealership or rejoining the server.

The bug is that when you click on this car in the selection plan, it simply breaks.
