What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

Crash or exit the vehicle and quickly go to the “Dealership” section or before any competitive racing event
Swap any vehicle with another and then customize it
Appreciate how the camera moves on its own
Move the camera to wherever so everything goes back to normal
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen?

Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
