What is the bug?
Answer: Camera bugged on the escape screen

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Sometimes

What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

1. Respawn a car when the shown escape place is at.
2. While your camera is on that screen. Respawn your vehicle.

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

I have the same issue. It happen every single time when this escape occur. I have no idea how some players managed to escape even though they use PC to play as well.

And I understand that this is not the first time that a lot of players have this issue alrdy. It is really a huge bug that the developer really needs to work on ASAP.
