Answer: When yo have the Building tools F3x, a object limit bar appear on the facility, and if one try to do something there, ona can’t build something

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
1.Go on any server where you have the Building Tools, and have it grab, and the bar appears if you are on the center of the facility or far away of the facility
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
