What is the bug?
Answer: After Finishing a race, it will get stuck on 99 precent despite crossing the finish line. this is usually for the race that starts on the mountain, goes around the island road thru the facility twice and back up the mountain. You also usually cant respawn ur car using “R”

Answer: Everytime

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

2: finish in top three usually. might happen with other placements.
Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.
