Can the bug be found among the known bugs in the trello Trello? If so, upvote it there instead!

What is the bug?
Answer: When you go in the spike pit, your car will be destroyed, but it doesn’t kill your character.

How often does the bug happen? (Everytime/sometimes/rarely)
Answer: Everytime

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Your car must be inside the spike pit before you jump in.
  2. Jump in after your car starts getting damaged. The spikes will not kill you.

Is the bug related to GUI or something that only happens for you? (GUI = the dealership, derby win screen or any other interface)
Yes/No: No

If yes, screenshot all unique red and yellow text in the developer console and post it here. (Open console by opening roblox settings, scrolling to the bottom and clicking the open developer console button.)

I just did some more testing and figured out the source. Here are the new steps to get this to happen:

  1. Your car must be inside the spike pit before you jump in.
  2. Jump in after your car starts getting damaged. The spikes will not kill you.

I landed on top of the spikes and they didn’t kill me when my car was taking damage. I just fell in between them when I took the screenshot. The bug happens when a car takes damage to the spikes and the spikes won’t kill your character. Here is a screenshot showing that.

but yeah i dont think its a bug and more of a glitch because most or not all players respawn after doing that

It breaks the kill script in the parts. I found it by pure convenience so I’m not sure.
